Travelers Rest
I chaperoned a trip to Travelers Rest today with the 4th Grade. It was fun to see Jackson in his element among his friends.

| This lady was VERY serious about her dance lessons. The kids were less than enthusiastic when they learned they would have to dance with a girl/boy from their class! Jackson lucked out and got to dance with me! |

2018 NCYM
Wesley was asked to present at the 2018 National Conference for Youth Ministers in Atlanta. His dad joined him and they were able to enjoy family time together. Wesley and Jack visited Jack's half-brother, David, who was recovering from a recent illness, and on the return trip home, they stopped in Chattanooga to see Joel.

New Years Day 2018
What better way to ring in the New Year than by setting up a "Big Screen" in the den by the fire and watching Cars 3. We all 5 made it up through the movie, but only Philip and I stayed up long enough to ring in 2018!
