Mimi's Diner

Once a week, Mimi's Diner is open for business while I am in class. The kids bring home a plate for me and it is always so fun to come in late after class and she what goodies I have! 

Knights Class

The first Youth Group class for incoming 6th grade boys is the Knight Class. It is done as a father/son class and at the end, there is a "knighting ceremony."

It was Skate Night at the Skate Center so Wesley took the kids (& neighbors) to enjoy a night out while I was in class.

The Mountains are Calling...

Since the boys have enjoyed a Ski Trip for the past two years, we decided it was time for a Girls Getaway. Our first destination: Blue Ridge, GA! We planned a day at the spa, shopping and for me, unfortunately, studying! I have my first exam coming up so I spent most of my free time buried in my Crimes text book!

Yes my study drink choice is from 1990 BUT it was peach lemonade! I couldn't pass it up!

Philip wanted to invite some friends over for a playdate...but then he decided that sounded too "kiddy" so he said it was a hangout! Call it what you want, it was fun!
