Weekend with Pop Pop

Pop Pop came down on Thursday night to help out this weekend. Wesley was scheduled for a little "family-planning" surgery on Friday so I invited Pop Pop down to be another set of hands around the house.

Friday, he took the boys to Monkey Joe's while Wesley, Elizabeth and I went to the doctor. Saturday, Elizabeth and I went to a baby shower while Pop Pop took Jackson and Philip to Home Depot to make the March craft.

We got a call Saturday morning that Emily and Ryan had headed to the hospital with labor pains. Pop Pop was planning on heading back, but a few hours later, we learned it was a false alarm so Pop Pop stayed around until Sunday morning.

We could not have done all we did this weekend had he not been here. Thanks, Pop Pop!!
