The Wolf Dash

Philip, Elizabeth and I were able to enjoy a special treat today. We got to watch Jackson in the "Wolf Dash." Instead of having multiple fundraising opportunities throughout the year, Jackson's school hosts one event - the Wolf Dash - and raises the yearly funds on this day. The kids take pledges and then run in an obsticle course with parents cheering them on.

Since Jackson is a race-pro (this was his 4th race!), he knew the drill. It was evident when he went for the crowd high-fives  and at the end when he threw his hands up in victory as he reached the finished line.

The race is off!

Ready for his "High Five!"

And he's off again!
Jumping Jacks
Thru the tunnel
Finishing strong down the inflatable slide

2013 Wolf Dash finisher!
Jackson & his new friend, Eli
My favorite part of the Wolf Dash was when Jackson introduced me to all of his new friends.  It made my heart so happy that he was proud to have his family close his friends. He took me around and said, "Eli, this is my mom." "Isaac, this is my mom"....I was so touched that he loved showing me off!
Jackson and the Whitlow Wolf (aka our friend, Cory!)
The cheering squad!
Coalson, Philip and Ryan - they are all in preschool together and have siblings at Whitlow!
We were so proud of our racer!
Especially Mommy!
