He has been with Franklin Covey for almost a year in the Leader in Me division. He is apart of a POD consisting of members from several different Franklin Covey teams. The members of his POD live all around the US and are managed by different people but they all share a common goal of serving schools. Wesley invited them to Nashville to form synergy as they work together in 2018-2019 to serve the Schools in Wesley's region. What a great team building idea!

Wes purchased beanies and pull overs for the team - they look cute but in July I am sure they were hot!
