Uh oh!

Philip took a tumble at Above All and busted his eye. I wanted to take him to get stiches. He did not. 

Philip: I don't want stitches

Mom: If you don't get it looked at, you might have a scar.

Philip: I will take the scar.

Mom: It's not 9 year-old Philip I am thinking of, it is 30 year-old Philip. 30 year-old Philip may not want a scar.

Philip: Well, then 30 year-old Philip needs to know 9 year-old Philip didn't want stitches.
