Small Group

Our family has been so blessed by the Small Group we joined in January 2013. Our group has had so much fun "doing life" together.

Tonight, we had a night out. Instead of meeting in someone's home, we met at a restaurant and enjoyed a great time of fellowship.

Love these beautiful friends!
The gangs (almost!) all here...we were missing the Moores and Ben!

Philip's February Pictures

Not with my daughter!

I thought Wesley would love seeing these adorable pictures I took at a play date at our neighbor's house. I was wrong. He didn't like the idea of his daughter under the table with a boy...no matter the age!

Miss Morgan

Miss Morgan and her family came over for dinner tonight. It was so good to have them back in our house. I miss having them next door!!

Morgan was Jackson's age when she moved into the neighborhood. I looked back to find a picture from the beginning of their friendship and one from tonight. She is a special, special little girl and her family is such a blessing in our life.

Football Party

Bryce had his birthday party tonight, and it was a Flag Football Party. The boys enjoyed running around and playing on opposite teams.

Philip was with Brad and nicknamed him "Coach" a name he has called him at church ever since the party!

Mother/Son Date Night

Tonight was Whitlow's Mother/Son date night. This year, the PTA hosted it at the Skate Center. I haven't been skating in years so it was quite an adventure trying to teach Jackson how to skate while being shaky on my own skates.
By the final few laps, he had it down and thankfully we quit while we were ahead - no major bumps and bruises!

I had the best looking date at the rink!
Dinner was more fun when he found his neighborhood friends to eat by.

Where's Waldo?

We might as well call her Waldo...we never know where we will find her!
She's very proud of herself!
Makes no difference that she has NO teeth to brush!!
This is her favorite spot to hide in.

Today was a treat day. We all enjoyed a delicious Starbucks run! I was happy & I think the boys were too!

Weekend Guests

Winterfest was coming up and the youth group at the Church was once again going. I asked Ashley, our friend & youth minister's wife, if she wanted to go with the group & if so, we would love to watch her boys so she could join them. She said "Yes!"

I was afraid the snow would cancel their trip but it didn't! We got the boys on Friday morning and we had weekend packed with fun! It was high-energy but so much fun!

Friday:

Not sure how much sleeping actually happened here!

Saturday - Jackson's basketball game, lunch, shopping at the outlets and the Lego Movie

I love the way you can tell how happy Philip is even though he is not looking at the camera!

Shep did't make it through the movie!

Sunday was church and the park:
