Once again, I had to miss Jackson's first band concert of the year. This time, it was due to my Monday classes. Thankfully, he had a huge cheering squad!

Turkeys!

The neighborhood has gone to the birds - literally! There are turkeys everywhere!

Wesley was asked to speak at the Hillsboro Youth Group retreat and his adorable little sidekick volunteered to go with him. She is always up for going and doing!

Reading Fundraiser

This year, for the GES Read-a-Thon, all Elizabeth could talk about were the prizes! She was so excited to collect enough money for the pony ride! In addition to the pony ride, she also got S'mores and a Hayride around the school! 

I was so happy to be with Elizabeth when she "collected" her prizes!

Happy 40th Wesley!

Lordy! Lordy! Wesley is Forty!

For his birthday, Wesley wanted to go out to eat at a Japanese Steakhouse and do an Escape Room with the kids. 

Then on his actual birthday, we made him his favorite dinner and Jackson presented him with a pair of custom designed (by Jackson) Nike shoes! 

And the birthday celebration was not complete until we took in a matinee movie while the kids were in school!
