A part of American history.

There is a woman running for President of the United States! I couldn't be more excited to cast my vote for Hillary Clinton. Great things are in store for our country with her in charge and I am honored to take my daughter and niece with me as I went and voted.

As I pressed my "vote" button, I looked down at Elizabeth and Leighton and thought about how different their world is going to be. They are not going to know life before women were given equal opportunities in politics. 

My grandmother instilled in me what a privilege it is to vote AS a woman and now I am going to instill in Elizabeth the respect and honor of voting FOR a woman.
