Happy Birthday!

When Wesley first started thinking about how to celebrate my 33rd birthday, he wanted to get a sitter and go out. I asked if we could not do that. Instead, I wanted to spend my birthday celebrating as a family.

The kids were going to be gone in the morning since I was hosting the shower for Jessica so I wanted to spend the evening together.

We repeated my birthday dinner from last year - a free sub from Firehouse Subs and free nachos from Moe's. Then, we went to Barnes & Noble to hang out.

I can't imagine a better way to celebrate my birthday than with my favorite 4 people in the world.  I am a blessed wife and mother.

My birthday ended with a leftover piece of cake from the shower. It is Susan's recipe and is my absolute favorite cake ever!

My birthday celebration began on Friday with a cinnamon roll treat at Jane's house!
